How, and in which colors, can I highlight a flashcard or case question in Firecracker? Can I save a highlight without an associated note?

Yes! Click and drag your cursor over any word or phrase within a Firecracker flashcard answer or topic summary, and you'll see the Highlight option pop up (we offer yellow, blue, and orange highlighting options): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQJ9N7c0wpk

Clicking and dragging your cursor on a clinical vignette's question stem, lab findings, or patient presentation will automatically save a yellow highlight.

If highlighting is not working for you, then most likely you're getting blocked by a web browser extension such as AdBlock; please disable any web browser extensions for best results with Firecracker.

Highlighting is also available via the iOS and Android mobile apps within the topic summary pages: http://blog.firecracker.me/students/highlighting-on-mobile
