Please logout of your Firecracker account, and then clear your web browser of cache and cookies before logging back in. You may also have to disable AdBlock, Disconnect, Distractors, or other softwares that may be running in the background on your computer and interfering with some of Firecracker's functionality. In Chrome, you can delete individual local storage data by loading chrome://settings/cookies. We would recommend you select "Remove all". Tap on the Alt-key to display the menu bar. Select Tools > Internet Options from the menu that opens up. Check "delete browsing history on exit" under General.
